Ingredients
- 2 slices sugar Loaf
- 2 pieces fresh eggs
- 1 block butter for baking
- 2 cubes hazelnut chocolate coarsely chopped
- a few beautiful little leaves of mint
- 4/5 pieces strawberries halved
- 4/5 pieces raspberries
- 6/7 pieces blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 dash of maple syrup
Instructions
Preparation method
- Cut the brioche bread into slices of about finger thickness.
- Cut the chocolate roughly into pieces and halve the strawberries.
- Pick the mint leaves.
- Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl with the whisk until you get an even mass.
- Heat the frying pan on medium/high heat with the butter.
- In the meantime, dip the sugar rolls in the egg. Don't leave it in for too long or the rolls will become too soft.
- Fry the French toast on both sides until golden brown. Make sure the inside is still nice and creamy.
Presentation
- Place the two slices of French toast on a flat plate.
- Playfully place the raspberry, strawberry and blueberries on top.
- Spoon a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate over it and the maple syrup as well
- Garnish the dish with the mint for show!
